Refund Policy

There are no refunds of Annual Plan fees or Monthly Plan fees on any other Navisen service or products.

Cancellation

Navisen does not have any contracts on any Monthly Services/Products. If you would like to cancel your service/products please open a support ticket or call us at (905) 467-8101 or send us an email to [email protected] no later than 30 business days prior to the end of the month in order for your request to get processed before the next billing cycle.

For Annual Services/Products, you may cancel at any time and you will not be rebilled for the next billing cycle period. You will be able to keep using your Annual Service/Product with full technical support until the end of the billing cycle period.
